How do I connect with my partner?

After creating your account, go to the Today tab and tap "Pair with your partner." You'll get a 6-character invite code — share it with your partner, or let them scan your QR code. Once they enter the code, you're connected.

Why can't I see my partner's answer?

Answers unlock only after both of you have responded to the same daily prompt. This is by design — it keeps the experience mutual and honest. Once you've both answered, the ritual unlocks and you can read each other's responses.

How do streaks work?

Your streak counts consecutive days where both of you completed the daily ritual together. Missing a day resets the streak, but your history and memories are always preserved.

I'm not receiving notifications. What should I check?

First, make sure notifications are enabled for Elumi in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Elumi. Then check your in-app notification preferences under Settings → Notification preferences. You can also adjust the time you'd like your daily reminder to arrive.

Can I delete a memory or a ritual answer?

You can delete memories from the Timeline view by opening a memory and using the delete option. Ritual answers, once submitted and unlocked, are part of your shared history and cannot be deleted — this is intentional, to preserve your story.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile. Your partner keeps their own account and memories, but shared content linked to the couple will no longer be accessible to either of you. If you'd like help before deleting, email us first.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you've previously subscribed and need to restore access, go to Settings → Upgrade to Premium → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
