Elumi
Plain answers to the questions people ask before they download.
Elumi is a private daily questions app for couples on iPhone. Each day you and your partner get the same thoughtful question. You each answer on your own, and the answers open for both of you only once you have both written. Afterwards you can react, talk about it, and keep it in a shared timeline of your relationship.
You receive one question a day. You answer privately, and your partner does the same. Neither of you can see the other's answer until you have both answered, so nobody answers in reaction to the other. When the second answer lands, both open together. It takes about two minutes.
Couples who talk every day but rarely about what matters: new couples, long-distance couples, partners in a busy season or with a new baby, and people who simply want a small, calm habit together. It works for any kind of couple.
Yes. The daily question gives you something real to share across a distance, and answering at your own time of day works across time zones. There is also a shared timeline for photos and voice notes, and letters you can schedule for a future date.
Elumi is deliberately small. It is not a messenger, a game, a quiz platform or a social feed. There are no scores or leaderboards and no guilt for missing a day. The daily question is always free, and the questions are written and curated by people, not generated by AI. The focus is one honest question a day and a private record of your story that you build together.
Yes. The daily question, pairing, reactions and the shared timeline are free. Premium is optional and adds things like unlimited memories, future letters, monthly recaps and shareable cards. It starts with a 7-day free trial, and current prices are shown in the App Store.
Your answers are visible only to you and your partner. Analytics are opt-in and never include what you write. You can export your data and delete your account from within the app. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. Solo mode lets you write reflections on your own. If you pair with a partner later, you choose which past reflections to share with them.
No. Elumi is not a messenger. It is built around one shared moment a day, plus a timeline, letters and a bucket list, so it adds to how you already talk instead of replacing it.
Not at the moment. Elumi is available for iPhone (iOS 18 or later).
